Turnaround Synod Initiative Update:  November 8th

Transforming Church Index (TCIndex) is a tool our church is using to gather input from our members and attendees on a variety of topics including:

Communications,  Outreach,  Member Satisfaction,  Financial Matters and others.

We are asking that you please take time to take the survey.

Our starting date is November 8 and closing date (online) December 7th (paper survey) November 30th.

You can take it online by following the instructions below: or if you’d prefer, you can fill out a paper survey, which will be available after each service and at coffee hour. Survey will also be available during the week in the church office. Trinity Lutheran website will also have link and instructions for on-line survey.

Online instructions:

Step 1:

Log on to the Transforming Church Index (TCIndex) website

Step 2:

Enter your Church ID as follows: tlc1109.

Step 3:

Enter your churh’s password: desplaines

Step 4:

Answer each question according to the instructions. When you have finished each set of questions , click “Next” at the bottom of the page. Your may use “Previous” and Next” buttons to navigate pages and change your answers at any point while you are logged on. When you click” Finish” on the last page, your answers will be saved and you cannot change them.

The church computers are available for on-line survey by appointment – please call the office with time and date.
